Our company was founded by Butler University’s Student Athlete Bryson Cardinal.

Bryson Cardinal understands the recruiting process because he lived it.

He did not enter high school as a highly sought-after athlete or instant varsity starter. Bryson began his career as a freshman on the B team, worked his way to JV as a sophomore, and earned a varsity starting role midway through that season. By his junior year, he was a full-time varsity starter competing at a high level.

Throughout his development, Bryson learned firsthand how preparation, consistency, exposure, and timing shape recruiting outcomes. He went on to play for the Indiana Elites Adidas Gold AAU team and earned interest from mid-major colleges, finishing his high school career at Guerin Catholic with 1,054 points and 582 rebounds. As a senior, he averaged 19.1 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game, capping off a strong final season built through steady development and persistence.

More importantly, Bryson experienced the confusion, uncertainty, and pressure that many athletes and families face throughout the recruiting process. That experience led him to found Cardinal & Co.—to provide athletes with clear guidance, honest expectations, and a structured plan to progress to the next level.

Today, Bryson works directly with high school athletes and families to help them navigate recruiting and development with clarity, structure, and strategy. His approach is rooted in real experience, not shortcuts or guarantees—focused on helping athletes prepare, position themselves correctly, and maximize their opportunities.
